Day 1

>Drink a bottle of Pretty Rabbit half an hour before breakfast

> Drink a bottle of Detox Boss an hour before lunch

>Drink a bottle of Pretty Rabbit an hour before dinner

Day 2

>Drink a bottle of Detox Boss half an hour before breakfast

> Drink a bottle of Pretty Rabbit an hour before lunch

>Drink a bottle of Detox Boss an hour before dinner

Recommendation:

> Hydration is essential! Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

> Daily exercise is must but don’t over do it.

>Eat simple, natural foods that are close to the source. The simpler, less processed food we eat, the better for us.
