>Drink a bottle of Pretty Rabbit an hour before dinner

Day 2

Recommendation:

> Hydration is essential! Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

> Daily exercise is must but don’t over do it.

>Eat simple, natural foods that are close to the source. The simpler, less processed food we eat, the better for us.

>Fermented foods such as miso, sauerkraut, tempeh are also good to introduce into the diet. They add important probiotics to aid digestion and reduce inflammation.
