Do you deliver to my location?

We only ship juices to the following areas with respective postcodes:

(a) Zone 1: Puchong, Seri Kembangan, USJ, Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Bandar Tasek Selatan

Can you deliver to me if my location’s postcode is not listed in your delivery coverage?

You may consult us first for special arrangement if possible. Additional delivery fee may apply.

 

Can I pickup the juices at your place?
Yes, you can pickup the juices at 7-2, Jalan Equine 1C, Taman Equine, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Just remember to select “Shop Self-Pickup” option during checkout and no delivery fee will be charged. We will communicate with you later to confirm the pickup time slot.

The juices are delivered anytime between 8.00am to 8.00pm (Monday – Sunday) except Public Holidays. Confirmed orders received before 6pm will be shipped in the next working day before 12 noon while the orders received after 6pm will be shipped in the next working day after 12 noon.

You can specify the delivery date but not the time at this moment. However, we will work at our best effort to accommodate your request. To do so, please leave the instruction in the “Order Note” column during checkout.

 

Who delivers the juices to me?

We are using third party dispatch / biker delivery service (such as Lalamove) to send the juices to your doorstep.

 

Can the rider come up to my floor?

Rider will ship the juices based on the shipping address given. Nowadays, many commercial buildings have restrictions on delivery riders to access your office floor or parking at the front of the building and riders can frequently incur parking tickets or compounds as they try to deliver. If so, our rider will call you to collect from him at the building lobby.

What happens if my juice is late?

We do everything we can to ensure that your shipment arrives on time but on the odd occasion, due to unforeseeable events or extreme weather, our juices may arrive late. But don’t worry, our juices are packaged in a way that keeps them cold as long as possible. Just make sure that you refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.

 

What happens if my juice is shipped to an incorrect address?

Make 100% sure that you’ve submitted the correct address when making your order. If you haven’t received your shipment and it ended up at your neighbour’s place down the street, contact us immediately.

 

Can I track the delivery of my juice?

We do not provide any tracking number. To track your order, please contact us directly.
